The primary function is to lead multiple accounts as the face of the relationship, implementing new strategies and identifying new business opportunities within these clients. As an Account Manager, you’ll shepherd the client relationship and service work with excellence to maximize achieving client goals and retain clients through winning and wowing. New client onboarding is a key piece of this role. The Manager will also provide guidance and mentoring to team members, and onboard new employees within the service area. This is a full time position based in Athens, GA at our Corporate Office. This role is hybrid, with the expectation of at least three days per week in the office.
