The primary function is to lead multiple accounts as the face of the relationship, leading and implementing new strategies and identifying new business opportunities that grow with the clients. As an Account Manager, you’ll shepherd the client relationship and service work with excellence to maximize achieving client goals and retain clients through SSG’s proven track record of winning and wowing. New client onboarding is a key piece of this role. The Account Manager will also provide guidance and mentorship to team members, onboarding new employees within the service area from time to time. This is a full time position based in either our Atlanta or Athens, Ga., offices. This role is hybrid, with the expectation of at least three days per week in the office.
