Our team of talented storytellers make brands come to life through a variety of mediums. With a decade under our belts, our team has extensive relationships with media outlets across the nation. Whether a hyperlocal, timely campaign to drive traffic or an amplified, targeted, national awareness campaign, we can run it soup to nuts.

All of this fits seamlessly into a grander strategy of integrated communication—the strongest way of building a brand—from social media and influencer marketing to earned third-party endorsements and purchased media. Ultimately, we believe in relationships and results. In other words, we have fun doing work that matters with you, and we’re really good at it.

Andy Thoms

Co-Founder + CEO

Meet Andy:

A gifted networker and entrepreneur, Andy brings strategic leadership and business development to the team at See.Spark.Go. His entrepreneurial spirit has led him to establish several of his own businesses and assist in several startup nonprofits, laying the groundwork for organizational growth. Andy’s passion in life is seeing others reach their God-given potential. Andy started See.Spark.Go with his wife Brittany in July 2007. You can regularly find him in Athens coaching sports with their two sons, Carson and Callan.

Brittany Thoms

See.Spark.Go co-founder, president and publicity maven, Brittany began her career in fast-paced agencies promoting national accounts through entertainment and sports-related events. With a desire to return to the city that captured their hearts— Athens, Georgia—Brittany and her husband Andy founded See.Spark.Go in 2007. Her strategic thinking and creative enthusiasm influence all of See.Spark.Go’s clients. She enjoys advising nonprofits, leading client strategy meetings, internal “spark” sessions and watching her two boys, Carson and Callan, play all.the.sports.

Jennifer Mbala-Nkanga

Jennifer brought seven years of journalism, media, travel and events experience to her role at See.Spark.Go in 2014. With a deep understanding of content and a natural editor, she elevates overall strategy while leading SSG’s Content and Creative divisions and training the team to have a holistic view of client service. She emphasizes high accountability and high-growth mindsets while training our team to have a more holistic view of our services and connection to a client’s business objectives. She is on the board of Refuge Coffee Co., enjoys coaching soccer, playing with their rescue pup, Turner, and gathering friends in her Atlanta home with her husband Daniel and son Caleb.  Jennifer Mbala-Nkanga has been at See.Spark.Go since January 2014

Josh Deyton

A two-time client and long-time friend of the organization Josh loves telling great stories and helping people achieve their goals and objectives. His experience creating marketing strategy with global and national brands such as Marriott and the Atlanta Braves combined with nearly 7 years of non-profit leadership will be leveraged to expand See.Spark.Go’s service offering to include PPC, SEM, Paid Social Media, Systems Architecture, and Strategic Campaign Development.

As Director of Accounts, Jennifer brings two decades of PR, content marketing and experiential marketing experience to inform and shape communications strategy for our clients. Having worked across a full spectrum of brands — from B2B automotive to large regional and global non-profits to B2C service products — Jennifer loves to tell stories that compel people to take action. When she’s not pouring her heart into the teammates and clients she loves to serve, you’ll find her volunteering in kids ministry, exploring the communities in greater Nashville, attending sporting events and loving on her amazing family.

Natalie Matthews

A graduate of the University of Mississippi, Natalie’s experience in public relations spans over a decade and all sectors, from restaurants and lifestyle brands to non-profits, sports and everything in between. She joined the See.Spark.Go team in 2018 as a PR specialist and now serves as director of public relations, driving client success by elevating earned media strategy and leading teams with energy and impact. Natalie lives in Oxford, Miss. with her husband Jim and two sons, Hampton and Miller.

Janay Boyer

Janay serves See.Spark.Go as an account team director, overseeing strategy for some of our most impactful non-profit and faith-based accounts. She has spent more than a decade honing her marketing and storytelling skills working within homeless service charities and now in a client service capacity with ministries across North America. In addition to content development, she brings specialized skills in direct response, fundraising strategy and non-profit organization management. She loves volunteering at church and with Atlanta’s homeless community—and relishes her most important role as Aunt Nay. When she’s not thinking about campaign development and brand building, you can find her hosting friends in her house and perfecting recipes on Instagram.

Robyn Carter

Director of Digital Strategy

Robyn Carter is an Alpharettian leading digital marketing strategy for our clients as our Director of Digital Strategy. An Auburn grad with 10+ years of advertising agency experience, Robyn has been serving our digital clients since 2017. Before joining us, she kicked off her career at GS&F serving several national entertainment, b2b and b2c accounts with paid, owned and earned media strategy. She leads digital marketing strategy and execution for our clients across paid social media advertising, Google Ads, programmatic advertising, Spotify advertising and emerging ad platforms. Outside of work, you can find Robyn eating at Superica with her husband Brandon and leading communications for a non-profit in honor of her late cousin called The Rachel Gamble Memorial Fund.

Amy Borders

Accounting Manager

Amy rejoined the workforce as a part of the See.Spark.Go team in 2016 after an extended time away from work to be at home with her two young children. As a graduate of the University of Georgia’s J.M. Tull School of Accounting with her MAcc and a licensed CPA, she brings a great deal of financial knowhow to the team. She loves helping SSG stay on track in reaching its goals and adds structure to the business and organization as a whole. In her downtime you can find her reading, puzzling or working on her new sport of choice, golf.

Devon Radford

Meet Devon: 

Devon came to See.Spark.Go after 11 years in campus ministry, where she managed the creative division of a college internship program. Devon loves to draw beauty out of chaos. Most often this looks like developing structures and systems to drive efficiency, or managing teams of young creatives, but on the weekends it often turns into organizing messy spaces. Devon believes that creating order paves the way for peace, and it’s her favorite way to serve people. Devon’s role at See.Spark.Go is to keep the office vibes high and to keep the Thoms’ stress levels low. On the weekends you can find her playing in the backyard with her husband and their 2 kids (Wells & Mason), … and if it’s a very good weekend, they’ll all be covered in dirt from gardening.

Kaci Pollack

Kaci has been a part of team SSG since 2018, when she graduated from the SSG intern program and the University of Georgia’s Grady College with a degree in public relations and a minor in spanish. Her niche is traditional public relations, which allows her to champion the best clients in the world by sharing their stories with the media. In her role, Kaci also supports Team Thoms, works on internal SSG initiatives and leads the intern and apprentice programs at SSG. She is a big believer in the idea that enthusiasm always, always wins, and she can often be found laughing loudly with a coffee or Diet Coke in hand.

He joined See.Spark.Go in 2024 where his passion for helping develop strong brands and tell their stories fits right in. Jackson previously spent a decade doing all things marketing at a non-profit. Originally from Marietta, GA, he graduated from the University of Georgia and now lives in Atlanta.

When not immersed in all things email at SSG, you’ll probably find him watching a movie, cooking a meal, or enjoying time with family and friends, preferably over a coffee.

Kellie Merritt

Kellie is a Senior Account Lead and PR Strategist at See.Spark.Go with a specialty in serving SSG’s franchise clients. She is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia and has more than 10 years of experience in public relations, marketing and communications. After interning with SSG during the summer of 2014, she boomeranged back in late 2020 and has since focused on providing her clients with strategic vision, impactful results and relational service, whether it’s through the lens of public relations, copywriting, content creation or anything needing a little wordsmithing — a.k.a. a little umph. Outside of the office, you can find Kellie with her husband, furbaby, Rye, and actual baby girl, Lenny.

Mark Brewer

Mark has been around the digital marketing block more times than he can count—25 years, to be exact. He fell in love with filmmaking as a kid and has been chasing his creative dreams ever since. Mark studied film and television at the University of North Texas, graduating with a degree in Communications, cramming four years of college into five and loving every minute of it.

A creative at heart, Mark began his career in photography and graphic design before diving into filmmaking. He had the privilege of traveling the globe, telling stories and highlighting the needs of numerous philanthropic organizations through the lens of film. Along the way, he produced a nationally broadcast TV show and even earned a feature film editing credit. For the past decade, Mark has ventured into web development and all things digital, consistently embracing the latest trends and technologies to create innovative and visually dynamic solutions.

Mark’s passion for travel and adventure inspired him, his wife Rachel, and their three kids to embrace a nomadic lifestyle, becoming full-time travelers and digital nomads for eight years.

Kayla Phillips

As a graduate of the University of Georgia (go dawgs!) with a degree in public relations and a certificate in personal and organizational leadership, Kayla has always enjoyed sharing stories–especially the best ones–making See.Spark.Go a perfect fit since her days as an intern. After graduating from UGA’s Grady College with a degree in Public Relations, Nico joined See.Spark.Go with a passion for creativity and art, which immediately elevated our clients’ visual presence across social, print, billboards, websites and more. His expansive work ranges from leading the design team in supporting our social media clients with graphics, Reels and Stories to designing billboards, print collateral and event materials. At See.Spark.Go, Connor serves as the Director of Photography on set, responsible for all lighting and camera framing to ensure each shot looks great for the client.
